How we do it

Although technology available today can solve many challenges, it does not address problems that require a holistic view of both business processes and people. Only after this challenge is addressed can technology be applied effectively.

Process

Throughout experience, we know that is essential to understand business process, the roles involved, and how to optimize the processes before applying technology.

Best practices

In addition to analyzing processes, we apply best practices that align all related resources (Solutions, Infrastructure, and People) with the business objectives rather than attempting to reinvent the wheel.

Innovation

Having a clear vision of the design of new business processes, we meet the challenges of companies through solutions that consider new technologies, with innovations that deliver actual results.

DGT Code of Ethics and Conduct

The sustainability and success of DGT Serviços de Tecnologia Ltda. are closely tied to its core values and ethical principles.
These principles must be upheld and communicated across its entire ecosystem, which includes affiliated companies, employees, contractors, clients, suppliers, partners, regulatory bodies, and the community.

Purpose

The DGT Code of Ethics and Conduct guides the DGT ecosystem in aligning behavior with the company’s values and business strategies.
It serves as a practical guide to be used in the daily interactions and decision-making of all ecosystem members.

1) Our Clients’ Success

Our clients are our most valuable asset, and their success is essential. Therefore, our affiliated companies, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners must diligently and attentively monitor client satisfaction, ensuring that all commitments are fully honored.
We must dedicate every effort to winning and sustaining clients in a responsible way, always aiming at their success.
It is everyone’s responsibility to provide clear, accurate, and truthful information about our products and services, as well as to anticipate client needs whenever possible.
Contributing to our clients’ success also means only accepting tasks for which we are qualified and believe will deliver positive results without harming their reputation.
It is preferable to respectfully decline a business opportunity than to accept a project that may not be beneficial or that could harm the image or operation of the client or the DGT Group.

2) Always Simplify

Our clients expect our services and products to be easy to install, uninstall, operate, maintain, replicate, and scale.
Therefore, simplicity and elegance serve a practical and critical role in our solutions.
Our solutions should:

  • Be simple and secure

  • Be straightforward

  • Prioritize outcomes over technology

  • Pursue real and measurable results

  • Be agile

  • Offer cost-benefit efficiency

  • Be self-explanatory and transparent, including the use and programming of Artificial Intelligence, automated decisions, and robots

  • Be well documented

3) Knowledge Sharing

Our services rely on technology and business environments that are constantly evolving.
Our clients, employees, collaborators, suppliers, and partners are part of this journey, and we must prioritize knowledge sharing—while respecting confidentiality and intellectual property—so the entire ecosystem can grow and thrive.
This allows each participant, whether client, collaborator, or supplier, to reach their full potential.

4) Ethics and Transparency

Clients

We adopt—and expect our clients to adopt—ethical and transparent conduct, avoiding conflicts of interest or even the perception of impropriety.
Once informed, we will adhere to our clients’ codes of ethics and the regulations of the markets in which they operate.
We will respect agreements regarding the handling of clients’ confidential information.
We will observe the instructions and agreements concerning the processing of personal data provided by clients.
We will respect intellectual property agreements with clients and third parties.

Suppliers

Our suppliers must be selected using clear and fair criteria and must share our values.
We will not engage with suppliers known to practice unethical, illegal, or discriminatory behavior or those with questionable reputations.
Our suppliers must meet our quality and security standards, including but not limited to the protection of confidential information (ours and our clients’), personal data, and respect for intellectual property.
Our relationships with suppliers must be mutually beneficial and transparent.

Employees, Collaborators, and Leaders

We expect the highest ethical and moral standards from our employees, collaborators, and leaders, both in representing DGT and in their public activities or statements.
No employee, collaborator, or leader is authorized to give or receive gifts or anything of value to or from clients (public or private), authorities, or suppliers in exchange for favors or undue advantages.
We do not tolerate any discriminatory behavior related to gender, sexual orientation, religion, race, or political views.
Everyone must contribute to maintaining a respectful and healthy environment within DGT and in society, including interactions on social media, and in relationships with clients, suppliers, competitors, and the press.

Society

DGT, its affiliated companies, employees, collaborators, clients, suppliers, and partners are all part of a broader social context.
We expect from ourselves and others a constructive and sustainable attitude in social and environmental practices.
We support initiatives and projects, both internal and external, that aim to reduce social inequality, enable people to adapt to the new job market, and preserve the environment.

Conflict of Interest

We expect transparency in all our relationships with employees, collaborators, suppliers, partners, and clients.
In the event of an actual or apparent conflict of interest—between companies or individuals—it must be clarified with the involved parties and DGT leadership and avoided whenever possible.

Confidentiality, Information Security, and Personal Data

All employees, collaborators, partners, and suppliers working with the DGT Group must sign a confidentiality agreement to protect our information and our clients’.
They must also commit to following DGT’s guidelines for information security and personal data handling, specific to each project.

Non-Retaliation and Reporting Channel / Hotline

We believe the DGT environment encourages open and honest conversations. Any employee, collaborator, partner, supplier, client, stakeholder, or leader who perceives or suspects a violation of our values or this Code of Ethics and Conduct may and should address the matter immediately and directly with the potential violator.
However, if that is not possible or causes discomfort, they may report it through our dedicated reporting channels or hotline.
The identity of the whistleblower will be protected, and no retaliation will be tolerated as a result of a report.
